Yes, I have a deep feeling for butter! I mean, I love baking and most of the recipes have butter. It is used in desserts and savory dishes too…it is just in almost everything you eat!
However let me tell you a little bit more. I am from Guatemala, I am not a chef, just an enthusiastic baker, who started experimenting in the kitchen since little. Through the years I’ve been learning most part by my own (trying, making and failing…part of growing); from some special persons, like my mother, grandmother and nanny; some short courses; and of course, the internet! God bless Google and all the great bakers out there who write awesome cookbooks!
